Our most recent bylaw revisions have been approved by SAO with 2 minor additions:

"Probationary Active Status" added as point 7 under Membership Types

"At no time are any personal attacks acceptable and people that start to infringe on policy or civil rights are asked to either refrain or leave the room by the president. The president always acts as a neutral party." Added under the gag rule to protect those that may feel uncomfortable during closed discussions.
