Description of Office
From the National Constitution:
6.212 The Alumni Secretary shall collect permanent address information and dispense Life Membership applications to all brothers graduating or leaving the college or university, and to supply this information to the National Headquarters. The Alumni Secretary shall work with and promote alumni activities.
From the Gamma Pi Bylaws:
5.02.08 The duties of the Alumni Secretary shall be those outlined in the National Constitution. In addition the Alumni Secretary will be responsible for correspondence with alumni including periodic publications. The Alumni Secretary shall also maintain accurate records of alumni members.
